Performs routine preventive maintenance and major/minor repairs on facilities, equipment, and fixtures. Utilizes plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and material handling skills to diagnose and fix issues, manage work orders, and coordinate with contractors. Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Walmart quality standards. Serves as a team leader and process improvement contributor.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, and fixtures.
• Perform major and minor repairs using plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and material handling skills; diagnose problems with blueprints and manuals.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; conduct cost comparisons, order parts, track purchases, and submit warranty claims.
• Provide prompt response to emergency calls and document repair activities.
• Lead and participate in teams, coordinating work assignments and ensuring quality output.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote compliance with company policies, OSHA/EPA regulations, and Walmart quality standards.

• 2 years of experience in the plumbing trade.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Licensed Journeyman Plumber or equivalent in the state where the job is located.

• Completion of a 2‑year vocational or technical trade program.
• Intermediate level proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• License in related trade in the city and/or state where the job is located.
