Equipment Technician Specialist

The Equipment Technician Specialist will install and repair commercial beverage and dish machines and chemical dispensing equipment for commercial dish machines, laundry machines, sinks and mop sinks. Assist District Sales Representatives in selling chemical and beverage programs.
• Perform duties by following the company's safety standards and wearing the proper safety equipment.
• Provide installation and emergency service to Ben

E. Keith chemical and beverage customers.
• Record maintenance and repair work performed on equipment.
• Instruct customers regarding operation and care of equipment and provide information such as emergency service numbers.
• Install plumbing required to operate commercial dish machines and beverage equipment.
• Maintain and organize stocks of parts used in on-site installation, maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Manage and schedule installation and emergency service calls.
• Survey and provide list of Keith clean chemicals, dish machines, tables and related equipment for new account openings or conversion of existing accounts.
• Assist in sales meetings, food shows and presentations, promoting chemical and beverage business.
• Other projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

* Two to Five years of installation and repair of commercial beverage and dish machines experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required for job. You will be driving to different locations to perform job duties.
• Ability to speak to small and large groups to convey information effectively.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, finger, feel, or reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear.
• The employee is frequently required to stand: walk: and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to fifty (50) pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than ninety (90) pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• High School diploma or GED required.
