Maintenance/Facilities/Vehicle

• Install and repair commercial beverage and dish machines and chemical dispensing equipment for commercial dish machines, laundry machines, sinks and mop sinks.
• Assist District Sales Representatives in selling chemical and beverage programs.
• Perform duties by following the company’s safety standards and wearing the proper safety equipment.
• Provide installation and emergency service to Ben
  
  E. Keith chemical and beverage customers.
• Record maintenance and repair work performed on equipment.
• Instruct customers regarding operation and care of equipment and provide information such as emergency service numbers.
• Install plumbing required to operate commercial dish machines and beverage equipment.
• Maintain and organize stocks of parts used in on-site installation, maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Manage and schedule installation and emergency service calls.
• Survey and provide list of Keith clean chemicals, dish machines, tables and related equipment for new account openings or conversion of existing accounts.
• Assist in sales meetings, food shows and presentations, promoting chemical and beverage business.
• Other projects as assigned.

• Two to five years of installation and repair of commercial beverage and dish machines experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required for job.
• Ability to speak to small and large groups to convey information effectively.
• Make decisions with supervision.
• Regularly required to use hands to handle, feel, or reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds; occasionally lift and/or move more than ninety (90) pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
