Travel to various customer sites domestically and internationally as required.

- Perform customer support activities involving the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
- Conduct on-site installation and testing of equipment to ensure proper working order.
- Isolate equipment start-up malfunctions and take corrective action.
- Perform ad-hoc and predetermined work assignments with instructions.
- Follow all established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
- Work on semi‑routine assignments that require recognition of deviation from accepted practice.
- Manage resources, maintain schedules, and coordinate repair activities in priority sequence to ensure adherence to contractual service level agreements (SLAs).
- Work in a customer environment with 24/7 operated systems that require immediate response times (whether on‑shift or after‑hours on‑call) and drive long distances to sites.
- Accept and update work orders in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Maximo, and GURU for our customers.
- Related trade experience (electrical, electronic, mechanical) or military training (electrical, mechanical, electronics). Equivalent experience through 2 years in an electrical or mechanical field service role.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and strong orientation for customer focus and teamwork. Responsive to all customer issues at all times. Willing and able to travel at short notice.
- Ability to pass an in-depth background check (TSA eQIP).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask several projects at once.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and accountable individual.
- Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull 200 lbs.
- Ability to move/manipulate equipment weighing up to 1000 lbs. with assistance of carts, hoists, davit cranes, pallet jacks, or other devices as defined in the manuals and Technical Advisory documentation.
- Job requires frequent bending, stooping, twisting, turning, and working in unusual positions requiring full body mobility.
- Safe work practices in extreme environments (temperature, humidity, noise, confined spaces, etc.) around dangerous industrial equipment.
- Salary Range: $65,000 to $70,000.
