The HVAC Technician will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of heating and cooling systems in residential buildings. Technicians will primarily respond to service calls but will also perform planned maintenance and/or installation as needed.

• Valid HVAC technician certification or equivalent experience
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent customer‑service skills and professionalism
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in residential settings, including on ladders and in confined spaces
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meet local work requirements
• Commitment to continual training and safety compliance
