Perform assembly, startup, diagnostic, repair and preventive maintenance on equipment at customer sites;
Travel to local or countrywide customer sites and collaborate with customers, electricians, sales partners, and District Service teams;
Complete field service reports, expense reports, preventive maintenance data sheets;
Assist senior technicians and support Project Management on larger system start-ups;
Work with Manager/Regional Service Director to resolve escalated issues and participate in continuous learning and training
