Skilled Performance Group is seeking Electrical Helpers to join a large-scale data center project in Amarillo, Texas. These individuals will support licensed electricians with material preparation, installation support, and general jobsite organization. The ideal candidates have industrial experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work productively under supervision in a fast-paced environment.

• OSHA 10 certification required prior to working on site
• Minimum 2 years of industrial electrical helper, construction, manufacturing, refinery, petrochemical, power, data center, or similar heavy industrial experience
• Basic familiarity with electrical materials, hand tools, conduit, cable, cable tray, and jobsite terminology
• Ability to work under the direction of qualified electrical personnel and remain within helper-level scope
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work safely in a fast-paced construction environment
• Compliance with project onboarding, badging, drug screening, background screening, and other site-access requirements

• Previous data center or mission-critical project experience
• Experience with cable pulls, conduit preparation, cable tray support, material staging, or electrical equipment preservation
