Warehouse Shipping

Location:

2300 North Lakeside Dr., Amarillo, Texas

The purpose of the Night Shipping Auditor is to ensure BEK product selected for delivery is correct, accurate, and wholesome.

• Inspect selector pallets in the warehouse during the shift to ensure order accuracy.
• Observe all outbound pallets to minimize damage during the delivery process and to ensure they are in good shipping order.
• Collaborate with designated supervisors to coordinate and train employees that have repeated errors during selection and/or delivery to maximize operational efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of all work environments to ensure operational safety during assigned shift.
• Follow up on deliveries to dark drop accounts to ensure all products have been delivered correctly and accounted for.

• At least 1 year of selecting experience required at branch location.
• Favorable driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Ability to read and interpret rules/guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Good computer skills; ability to learn internal applications.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures (cold and hot).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with and train others.
• Self‑starter with ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks as needed.
• High School graduate or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
