CDL A Drivers w/X Endorsement Run Cryogenics 21 Out & 7 Home (Full Time)

You do not have to have cryogenic experience, but you MUST have your hazmat and tanker to qualify.

• First‑year pay ranges from $80,000 to $106,000.
• Drivers start at $300/Day with an increase of $3/Day every six months to a cap of $324/Day. If you are willing to train a driver after one year you will earn an additional $100/Day.
• Full training on cryogenic deliveries provided at $125/Day, after which you earn a $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
• One‑week orientation. After orientation you are assigned a truck and a trainer; you drive your own truck while the trainer drives theirs.
• Trucks are not slip‑seated; they are newer model 579 Peterbilt and exclusively assigned to drivers.

• Full benefits (medical, vision, dental, PTO, 401K, cell phone reimbursement) begin after 60 days.
• Best benefits in the industry, including affordable health coverage, 401K with matching, and one full week of PTO in the first 52 weeks.

• Drivers will be assigned to an account for one to six months anywhere in the US; you must agree to run anywhere in the continental US.
• Run 21 days on the road and return home for 7 days. You may stay out longer if desired. When home time comes, you park the truck at the distribution center and the company pays for your flight home.

• One‑year verifiable Class A OTR or regional driving experience in the last three years, with at least some tanker experience.
• Must possess Hazmat and Tanker endorsements; tanker or cryogenic experience is an advantage.
• No SAP failed or refused drug test ever.
• Relatively clean MVR, no more than five jobs in the last three years to avoid job hopping.
• Willingness to drive anywhere in the continental United States and to fly home for home time.
• Never failed a DOT drug test; cannot have a failed or refused test ever.

Drivers must be willing to drive anywhere in the Continental United States with no exceptions and must also be willing to fly to get home for your home time. You can never have failed a DOT drug test ever even if you have completed SAP.
