- Pay of $21.01 per hour, with potential future increases per collective bargaining agreement wage scale.

You’ll help customers board, check flight details like weight and balance, and talk with other airport teams to keep things running smoothly. Every day you’ll keep flight schedules on track and ensure customers feel cared for and crews have what they need.

- This is a part‑time opportunity (32 hours over 5 days, schedules determined by seniority‑based bidding).
- New hires complete 4–6 weeks of training (~8 hours of classroom or on‑the‑job training each week).
- After training, part‑time new hires work 6.5‑hour shifts over 5 days, with potential for mandatory overtime.
- Work schedules may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays; mandatory overtime possible with shift trade options.
- U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required; no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities- Provide friendly service and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers.
- Work cooperatively to ensure company success.
- Coordinate ramp, operations, provisioning, and servicing of aircraft to ensure on‑time departures.
- Operate in airport operation office, gate area, jetways, and air freight facilities, exposed to variable weather and machinery noise.
- Open and close stations; advise Dispatch.
- Handle Station AMS and radio communications as needed.
- Coordinate loading/unloading of aircraft and monitor ramp activities.
- Operate boarding bridge, coordinate boarding/deplaning customers.
- Work with Gate Agents to expedite check‑in, collect boarding passes, verify boarding counts.
- Check baggage; use jetway stairs to move items from jetway to ramp.
- Submit irregularity reports; verify cargo and mail handling.
- Compile statistical reports from trip papers; operate flight information display systems.
- Maintain uniform and professional appearance per company regulations.
- Provide support and special tasks as delegated by supervisor.
- Ensure ground security and adherence to security procedures.
- May perform duties of a Freight Agent (see Freight Agent PAQ).
- Meet physical ability requirements.
- Perform additional duties as directed by leadership.
