City of Amarillo seeks a Solid Waste Equipment Operator to run assigned trucks such as side loader, front loader, or roll-off on urban routes. Under supervision, you will perform daily inspections, wash and maintain equipment, and complete inspection and task reports.
You must hold a High School Diploma or GED and a valid Texas CDL (Class A or
B). Reading maps and route printouts, good communication, and punctual attendance are essential as you learn multiple routes and work year-round.
