The City of Amarillo is seeking a Solid Waste Equipment Operator to operate assigned trucks and equipment on a set route, including side loader, front loader, roll-off, and other vehicles.
Under supervision, you will inspect and wash equipment, complete reports, learn multiple routes, and work year-round in varied conditions.
A High School Diploma or GED and a Texas CDL Class A or B are required; strong reading maps and reliable attendance are essential.
