Overview
Purpose and Scope: The Warehouse Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders, and supporting the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities- Parts Pulling
- Efficiently and accurately pull parts from inventory based on work orders or pick lists.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications to ensure accuracy in the parts-pulling process.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill specific project or production requirements.
- Traveler; ASME Certifications
- Inventory Management
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing incoming inventory.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in reconciling any discrepancies.
- Communicate inventory levels and stock needs to the Warehouse Lead or Warehouse Manager.
- Order Fulfillment
- Work closely with production and assembly teams to fulfill parts requirements for manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with the shipping departments to ensure timely and accurate order shipments, and loading 02 finished goods.
- Assist in preparing parts for outbound shipments, including packaging and labeling.
- Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory movements, parts pulled, and order fulfillments.
- Generate and update reports as required by the Warehouse Lead and Warehouse Manager.
- Quality Control
- Inspect pulled parts for quality and accuracy before releasing them for production or shipment.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Lead or Warehouse Manager for resolution.
- Organization and Cleanliness
- Keep the parts storage area clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards.
- Implement and follow 5S principles to optimize the efficiency of the parts-pulling process.
- Communication
- Communicate effectively with the Warehouse Lead, Warehouse Manager, and other team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to address any issues related to parts availability or inventory discrepancies.
- Specific Tasks for Position
- Pull raw materials and controlled items for individual unit builds.
- Stage packed assemblies in a holding area awaiting release to Production personnel.
- Receive all raw materials and items into inventory.
- Use company software to perform day-to-day tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in inventory management is a plus. - Proven experience in inventory control, parts pulling, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret part numbers and specifications.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with safety regulations in warehouse setting.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using inventory management software.
