Youth Hostels Association (England & Wales) in Ambleside seeks a Duty Manager to support the Hostel Manager with day-to-day operations and guest experiences. You will lead a welcoming team, supervise check-ins, and help maintain high service standards in a busy hostel environment.
We offer a permanent, flexible contract with a minimum of 25 hours per week and pay £13.63 per hour. Staff accommodation is available at £74.62 per week, with training and development opportunities provided.
