Metal Fabricator​/Welder

Metal Fabricator / Welder Integrative Staffing Group (ISG) is currently seeking experienced Metal Fabricators/Welders for a growing manufacturing client in Ambridge, PA.If you're looking for a stable first-shift opportunity with a company that values quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and long-term growth, we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for a skilled welder who is comfortable working with multiple welding processes and a variety of materials in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Location:

Ambridge, PAPay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Responsibilities

Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux-Core welding on a variety of metals

Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components according to specifications

Work with stainless steel, aluminum, and various grades of steel

Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings

Set up welding equipment and select proper materials for each project

Verify measurements and ensure compliance with quality standards

Inspect completed welds for accuracy, appearance, and structural integrity

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of welding experience preferred

Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or Flux-Core welding

Previous experience welding stainless steel and aluminum required

Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed fabrication instructions

Strong knowledge of welding safety procedures and best practices

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday

Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic
