Job Description SummaryThe primary function of the Outside Sales Representative (OSR) is to generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment, specifically large generators, air compressors, temperature control systems, and desiccant dehumidifiers. The role focuses on the commercial market segment, supporting customers who consistently use equipment for short‑term or long‑term projects such as sand blasting, industrial coating, painting, power plants, surface preparation, manufacturing, large venues, special event contracting, facility maintenance, tent and party rentals, remediation and restoration, general contracting, HVAC, electrical, construction drying, generator service, hospitals, telecommunications, new home construction, schools, correctional facilities, and college campuses.
Responsibilities- Generate profitable sales of rental equipment to the commercial market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct presentations and business reviews for management.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and customer retention.
- B2B direct sales and/or project management experience within the equipment industry.
- Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
- Power generation and testing equipment background highly desirable.
- Ability to effectively present and conduct business reviews.
The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.

CompensationBase pay range: $40,000 – $62,965. Total compensation includes base pay, a company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
