Job Description SummaryOutside Sales Representative (Commercial Power)

The primary function of the Outside Sales Representative is to generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet, including Large Generators, Air Compressors, Temperature Control, and Desiccant Dehumidifiers.
Position focuses on the Commercial market segment, serving customers who consistently use equipment for short- or long-term projects, such as Sand Blasting, Industrial Coating, Painting, Power Plants, Surface Preparation Contractors, Manufacturing/Processing Plants, Large Venues, Special Event Contractors, Facility Maintenance Contractors, Tent Rental Companies, Party Rental Companies, Remediation/Restoration, General Contractors, HVAC Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Construction Drying, Generator Service Contractors, Hospitals, Telecommunications, New Home Construction, Schools, Correctional Facilities, and College Campuses.
Qualifications- B2B direct sales and/or project management experience within the equipment industry (required)
- Power Generation and testing equipment background (highly desirable)
- Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills (must)
- Ability to present business reviews to management
Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.

CompensationBase Pay Range: $40,000.00 - $62,965.00. Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
