Beemac Trucking is hiring full‑time Diesel Mechanics for our corporate maintenance shop in Ambridge, Pennsylvania.

Job SummaryWe are seeking dependable, experienced Diesel Mechanics to inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair Class 8 tractors, diesel trucks, semi‑trailers, and commercial fleet equipment. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works safely and efficiently, and is committed to keeping our fleet operating at peak performance.
Job Type: Full‑Time, On‑Site
Schedule: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay: Pay range is dependent on experience, and will be discussed upon the initial communication to ensure alignment.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
- Diagnose and repair diesel trucks, tractors, and trailers
- Repair engines, clutches, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, hydraulic, and exhaust systems
- Replace wheel bearings, seals, shocks, tires, and related components
- Perform air brake and ABS repairs
- Complete welding and fabrication as needed
- Perform roadside or job‑site repairs when required
- Maintain accurate repair records and a clean, safe shop
- Diesel mechanic, truck mechanic, trailer mechanic, or fleet maintenance experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical training or relevant hands‑on experience
- Basic personal hand tools required
- CDL preferred, but not required
- Pennsylvania Category 7 Inspection License preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical shop work
