TOPS Staffing is hiring an experienced Industrial Millwright to join an established industrial equipment manufacturer in Ambridge, PA. In this hands‑on role, you’ll help assemble, install, align, test, and repair custom-built material‑handling equipment—from industrial trailers and transfer cars to lift tables, turntables, upenders, and hoppers. If you enjoy building heavy‑duty machinery from the ground up, solving mechanical challenges, and working on varied, made‑to‑order projects, this is a strong long‑term opportunity on a full‑time daylight shift.

- Proven experience in millwright work, industrial machinery assembly, or heavy-equipment maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on troubleshooting ability
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Experience assembling and installing mechanical drive components such as motors, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, sprockets, chains, couplings, and related hardware
- Ability to perform precision alignment, leveling, fitting, and adjustment to meet specifications
- Comfortable using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, levels, and indicators
- Ability to drill, tap, ream, grind, cut, and fit metal components as needed
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and working within established tolerances
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small manufacturing team
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied positions around heavy equipment
- Working knowledge of hydraulic systems (strongly preferred)
- Basic welding or metal fabrication experience
- Experience safely operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and rigging equipment
- prior hands‑on experience in industrial machinery assembly and/or heavy equipment maintenance, especially in custom-built or made‑to‑order equipment environments
- Ability to safely work around heavy machinery, steel components, hydraulic equipment, and typical manufacturing-shop conditions
- Ability to safely handle large components using cranes, hoists, and other lifting equipment
- Willingness to assist with equipment repairs, modifications, rebuilds, and occasional loading/installation/service support as needed
- Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area
- Ability to wear all required PPE
