We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical and electrical challenges, and keeping operations running at peak performance. If you have experience in manufacturing maintenance and like working with automated equipment, this could be a great fit.

You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving production and packaging equipment while helping ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the facility.

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll:

• Troubleshoot and repair production and packaging equipment
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Work on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Support production teams with machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers
• Diagnose issues with:
• PLCs & HMIs
• Motors & pumps
• Conveyors
• Palletizers
• Air compressors
• Water heaters
• Automated control systems
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, including 3-phase motors
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS software
• Perform equipment rebuilds, fabrication, and basic welding when needed
• Partner with operators, supervisors, and fellow technicians to solve issues and improve performance
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Hands-on experience with:
• PLCs
• Motors
• Pumps
• Sensors
• Automated production equipment
• Experience working safely with electrical systems up to 480V
• Knowledge of pneumatics, compressors, and preventative maintenance programs
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Food manufacturing experience
• Industrial maintenance certifications, apprenticeship, or technical training
• PLC troubleshooting and automation experience
• Fabrication and basic welding skills
• Experience with packaging equipment such as conveyors and palletizers
• Familiarity with HMIs and automated process control systems

You'll work in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility around automated production equipment and electrical systems.

2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

3rd Shift: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

• Exposure to warm manufacturing environments
• Working around conveyors, motors, pumps, compressors, and automated systems
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair work
• Strong focus on safety and cleanliness
• Comprehensive onboarding and training
• Dedicated lead technician and buddy program
• Approximately one month of shadowing before working independently

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of American Canyon, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.
