We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to fill a key position on our Operations team as a Route Driver/Material Handler, at our American Canyon, CA location.
This role is responsible for supporting both transportation and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will split their time between driving deliveries and pickups and performing warehouse duties, including inventory handling, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting daily operations while maintaining our high standards for safety, productivity, and customer service.
What you'll be doing:
- Perform scheduled pickups and deliveries.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick, prepare, and replenish inventory.
- Assist with inventory transfers and physical inventories.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checklists.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
- At least one year of forklift experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience with RF scanners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Reliable transportation.
- Wine industry experience is a plus.
