Aboutthe Role
Happy To Help Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team providing non-medical in-home care throughout American Falls, Aberdeen, Rockland, and surrounding Southeast Idaho communities.
As a caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one support that helps seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Every shift is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a lasting difference in the lives of those you serve.

What You'll DoEach client's care plan is personalized and may include:
- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Preparing meals and snacks based on client preferences and dietary needs
- Performing light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, changing linens, and maintaining a clean, safe home
- Providing medication reminders according to the care plan (no handling or administering medications)
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and walking assistance
- Providing transportation to appointments, errands, grocery shopping, and approved outings
- Offering respite care to support family caregivers
- Following individualized care plans and documenting services provided
- Reporting changes in client needs or concerns to the office promptly
- Promoting each client's independence, dignity, routines, and overall well-being through compassionate care

QualificationsWe're looking for caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal care instructions
- Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility support
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, assisted living, CNA, or customer service experience
- CNA certification is a plus but not required
No previous caregiving experience is required. We provide training for individuals with a caring heart, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
