LVT is seeking a detail-oriented Equity & Compensation Accountant to bridge equity administration with corporate financial reporting. You will own end-to-end accounting, tax compliance, and reporting for our equity plans while supporting the broader accounting team.
The ideal candidate loves data integrity, supports audit cycles, and has a strong understanding of stock-based compensation accounting. Experience with Carta and GAAP ASC 718 is essential.
