Order Processing Manager

As an Order Processing Manager, you will oversee the accuracy and efficiency of order management, ensuring that all customer orders are processed seamlessly between systems and partners. Your role involvesmaintaininghigh-quality control and validation of completed work, working closely with Sales Representatives to provide updates on order status, and continuously improving order entry processes. You will review orders for accuracy and compliance, enter data tofacilitatetimelyprocessing and shipping, and resolve any processing or invoicing issues.

Additionally, you will create export documentation for international shipments, coordinate with Fulfillment Operations to meet delivery deadlines,maintainaccuratecustomer data, andassistwith internal inquiries. Prioritizing orders and effectively communicating with internal teams are essential to ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

• Experience with EDI/SPS
• Experience with order processing for International, and Domestic customers
• Excellent communication in both written and verbal forms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment and be a self-starter
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail and quality
• History of a strong relationship with the business delivering services/solutions to customers
• Curious mind with an ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Knowledge of Amazon, Tik Tok, and other selling portals a plus, but not required
• Effectively manage a team of people
• Degree in respective field – Marketing, Leadership, Business or similar

• Maintain a high degree of quality control and validation of the completed work by team
• Work closely with Sales Representatives keeping them updated on orders
• Work to develop and improve processes around the following order entry steps:
• Process customer orders between systems, business partners, and customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completelyaccurateandtimely
• Review incoming orders for accuracy, contract compliance, and business guidelines
• Enter orders, tracking and other data in the system to ensuretimelyprocessing and shipping, deliveringa a high levelof quality that minimizes the risk of delays
• Resolve order processing and invoicing issues, escalating when necessary
• Responsible for creating export documentation for international shipments to follow compliance regulations
• Coordinate with Fulfillment, Customer Service and Logistics to ensure orders are packaged and transportedtimelyandaccurately;ensuring delivery dates are met.
• Maintain customer data - such as ship-to addresses and essential contact lists
• Coordinate andassistwith internal questions related to order processing
• Perform duties and special requests asrequiredto ensuretimelyorder processing
• Ability to prioritize orders and properly communicate with internal teams

• Provide quick and knowledgeable solutions to any problem that arises or know how to connect with the right people to gain ability to resolve
