250 Day Contract, Lane 15
Hours a day: 8
Salary: $54,200 - $76,140

Essential Functions
- Communicates with a variety of district and community individuals (e.g. parents, teachers, principals, donors, administrators, non‑profits, colleges/universities, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring dissemination of TSD Foundation information and programs.
- Coordinates a variety of projects, functions and/or program components (e.g. Foundation Board meetings, general meetings, in‑service events, scholarships, grants, travel and accommodations, etc.) for the purpose of completing activities and delivering services in a timely fashion.
- Creates accounts (e.g. foundation accounts for several thousand teachers or programs throughout the district, etc.) for the purpose of complying with financial, legal and/or administrative requirements.
- Maintains manual and electronic documents files and records (e.g. TSD Foundation website, budget data, employee records, financial records, reports, etc.) for the purpose of providing up‑to‑date information and/or historical reference in accordance with established administrative guidelines and legal requirements.
- Manages assigned Foundation processes (e.g. business license renewals, memberships, time cards for TSD programs, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring implementation and accuracy of TSD Foundation operation.
- Monitors a variety of activities on behalf of Director of TSD Foundation (e.g. account balances, work order status, student scholarships, enrollment verifications, etc.) for the purpose of achieving goals and meeting target dates.
- Participates in a variety of meetings, workshops, and/or trainings (e.g. Foundation Board meetings, etc.) for the purpose of providing or receiving information, recording minutes, and supporting the needs of the attendees.
- Plans and manages events (e.g. three large foundation events per year, etc.) for the purpose of providing marketing processes for fund raising.
- Prepares a variety of documents (e.g. Board meeting packets, Media messages, meeting notes for website, monthly financial reports, grants, correspondence, agendas, minutes, event programs, bulletins, reports, etc.) for the purpose of communicating information and creating documentation in compliance with established guidelines.
- Processes documents and materials (e.g. grant requests, donations, STAR Reading program materials, student scholarships, teacher grant programs, requisitions, travel reimbursements, budget transfers, etc.) for the purpose of disseminating information in compliance with administrative guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Procures supplies and materials (e.g. office supplies, meeting and banquet supplies, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining inventory availability.
- Reconciles account balances for assigned budget categories (e.g. monthly bank statements, Foundation projects, stakeholder accounts, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining accurate account balances.
- Researches a variety of topics (e.g. current practices, policies, education codes, Foundation trends, etc.) for the purpose of providing information and recommendations; and addressing a variety of administrative requirements.
- Responds to a variety of inquiries from a variety of internal and external parties (e.g. donors, teachers, Board members, parents, students, public agencies, etc.) for the purpose of providing information or direction and/or facilitating communication among parties.
- Schedules a wide variety of activities (e.g. Board meetings, celebratory banquets, appointments, meetings, travel reservations/accommodations, facility usage, etc.) for the purpose of making necessary arrangements on behalf of administrator.
- Supports assigned administrative personnel (e.g. Foundation Director, Foundation board, etc.) for the purpose of providing assistance with administrative functions and responsibilities.
Experience:Job-related experience within a specialized field is required.
Education:High school diploma or equivalent.
