We areseekingacharismatic and organized Internal Service Advisorto join our RV team. In this key role,you’llbridge the gap betweensales and service,ensuring sold units are prepped accurately and efficiently.
Key Objectives- Deliver anExceptional Customer Experience
- Coordinate Seamless Service Operations
- Review and assess internal service work orders for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate workflow and timelines with dispatch, technicians, and the sales team
- Ensure units are prepped and ready for delivery according to dealership standards
- Track the status of internal jobs and follow upto ensure on-time completion
- Assistwithdocumentation, parts coordination, and warranty-related process
- Support Inventory tracking andmaintainaccurateservice records
- Communicate effectively across departments to alignpriorities and avoid delays
- Exceptional skills in customer service and communication
- Ability to use a variety of computer-based systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility with work schedules: including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
- Problem-solver who takes initiative
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
- Eager to contribute to a smooth and efficient service operation
- Internal unitsare serviced and delivered on time and to standard
- Improved communication and coordination between service and sales
- Reduction in errors or delaysdue to incomplete work orders or miscommunication
- Increased efficiency in internal prep and warranty processes
- Strongsupportfor a positive customer experience throughbehind-the-scenes accuracy and care
- A reliable,proactive presence that contributes to team success and dealership performance
- On-the-job training and mentorship from experienced service and sales staff
- Access to industry-leading service management software and scheduling tools
- Use of internal checklists, work order templates, and warranty documents
- Collaboration with a supportive,team-oriented environment focused on success
- Uniforms and safetygear provided for on-site responsibilities
