Qualifications:

HCSS and CPM scheduling

Experience:

Essential for success in our fast-paced environment.
10+ Years in Heavy Civil Construction:
Demonstrating a solid foundation in the industry.

Self-Motivated and Hardworking:
We value individuals who take initiative and contribute to a positive work culture.

Experience Managing Employees: A proven track record of leadership.

Underground Utilities

Experience:

A crucial aspect of our diverse project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary for timely completion.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.

Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on project status.

Skills and Attributes:

Strong leadership and management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints.

Solid understanding of construction processes and techniques.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Effective time management and task prioritization.

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
