Call Center Representative

About the Role

Platinum Dental is seeking Call Center Representatives to join our growing team. You will answer calls for various office locations, help patients with concerns, and schedule their 6‑month hygiene appointments.

Compensation: $15‑$18 per hour, with monthly performance bonuses.

• Customer support: answer incoming calls and assist patients with their concerns.
• Efficient navigation: simultaneously navigate multiple computer programs.

• Computer proficiency: strong foundation in computer navigation.
• Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ambition and self‑motivation: strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation, and discipline.
• Telephone etiquette: good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Organizational skills: exceptional organizational skills.
• Bilingual:
  Spanish preferred but not required.
