Overview of a Success Consultant: Success Consultants may provide Dental Billing, Ortho Billing, Patient Billing, Insurance Verification, Full Schedule - Patient Scheduling, Dental Medical Billing, or Dental Accounting services for our clients, conveniently from their own home offices. Whether you still work in a dental office or if you want to jump into eAssist full time, we have opportunities that fit with your life.

Our Success Consultants are responsible for providing assistance through leadership in a variety of forms to help alleviate workload and stress from the office so that they can focus on patient care. This incredibly valuable role creates relationships with our clients, provides them with Peace of Mind, and allows the in-office team to focus on other tasks while we take care of their billing and other concierge services behind the scenes.

We have an upside down pyramid approach to leadership, with Success Consultants being on top. Success Consultants are the most important part of our organization-right after our clients and their patients.

As an Independent Contractor, you must come prepared with full knowledge and expertise of an Orthodontic biller with the proficiency to perform all of the functions on a dental software, using your own computer that meets our IT requirements. All new undertakings have an adjustment period. Becoming accustomed to eAssist culture, your new office expectations, and acclimating to working virtually will take about 6-8 weeks.

In most cases, you will be implementing a new system with your client which may take a lot of time early on until efficient systems are established. As a new business owner, this is common and expected to spend time and energy in building your business. We want you to succeed in building a strong, successful business. Once you receive your first assignment, you will be teamed up with an experienced Lead Success Consultant and a Team Leader.

They will help you navigate the needs of your first client and help you create processes in order to fulfill our Brand Promises.

Orthodontic Billing Success Consultants are part of a team that is responsible for meeting our five Brand Promises of:

• collecting 100% of what is rightfully owed
• submitting clean claims within 24 hours of being batched
• posting payments accurately within 24 hours along with proper adjustments
• following up on aged claims over 30 days every 14 days
• getting the over 90 insurance aging to zero and keeping it there

• Have at least 2 years of dedicated experience; most recently in the last 12 months
• Have a dedicated work space, reliable computer, printer and high speed internet
• Have a deep understanding of EOBs and know how to accurately post payments and adjustments
• Understand what it takes to help offices collect 100% of what is rightfully owed
• Love the challenge of persistently working with insurance claims
• Are self directed, know how to effectively set goals, and work independently
• Desire to own your own business and be your own boss
