Success Consultants provide dental billing, patient portion, or insurance verification services from home. They ensure offices run smoothly by handling claims, postings, collections, and verification.

• Dental Billing Success Consultants – responsible for collecting 100% of what is rightfully owed, submitting clean claims within 24 hours, posting payments and adjustments within 24 hours, following up on aged claims over 30 days every 14 days, and keeping over 90 insurance aging to zero.
• Patient Portion Success Consultants – review ledgers to send patient statements and make follow‑up calls to collect outstanding balances.
• Insurance Verification Success Consultants – gather patients’ insurance coverage information prior to appointments.

• At least 2 years of dedicated experience, most recently in the last 12 months.
• A dedicated workspace, reliable computer, printer, and high‑speed internet.
• Ability to accurately post payments and adjustments.
• Understanding of how to help offices collect 100% of what is rightfully owed.
• Love the challenge of persistently working with insurance claims.
• Self‑directed, able to set goals and work independently.
• Desire to own your own business and be your own boss.
