FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME position working with our Project Manager to prepare complex and original designs that require a high degree of precision using Revit. The role involves developing and maintaining drafting standards and procedures with full-time opportunity for potential growth in the active development, cultivation, and maintenance of project-associated relationships (PRM).

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

• Develop Revit system designs and documentation
• Use design and modeling software to support requests given during pursuit and the award of plumbing & HVAC projects
• Collaborate with estimators, project managers, engineers, BIM Modelers, architects, and GUNTHERS clients
• Determine the proper elements and scale for construction sites
• Gather and analyze data on costs, materials, and labor
• Meet deadlines while modeling GUNTHERS exceptional standard of quality
• Support Project Manager in additional tasks as needed

• Proficient experience or knowledge in Autodesk Revit software
• Bachelor’s degree or attending school in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or other related fields preferred.

• Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to understand technical drawings and plans and ability to create verifiable reports and exhibits
