As the Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will lead the hardware evolution of LVT's products into new form factors and market segments. You are responsible for the entire mechanical lifecycle: from helping determine product direction, performing rapid R&D, delivering through development stage gates and supporting sustaining efforts. You will lead a high-performing team of engineers to solve complex thermal, structural, and power challenges in extreme environments.
This role is a critical bridge between visionary product design and operational excellence, ensuring our "scrappy" innovation scales into world-class reliability.
This role is based in-office out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah, although some days will need to be spent with the team and inhouse manufacturing based in Spanish Fork. There will also be approximately 5-10% travel required to our partners overseas facilities.
