Job Summary The CFO will lead all global management accounting activities, budgeting, financial performance management, and statutory accounting oversight. The role also covers legal, regulatory and compliance functions, mergers & acquisitions, financial modeling, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities- Global management accounting, planning and analysis, including budgeting and monthly forecasting.
- Daily reporting of sales, monthly headcount and other corporate reports.
- Management oversight of statutory accounting matters for the global business.
- Provide leadership and guidance to finance leaders across businesses.
- Monthly US GAAP reporting, financial analysis and variance commentary.
- Reporting on financial performance and providing management information to support business decisions.
- Act as a business partner to the CEO in forecasting and measuring financial performance.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve profitability.
- Optimize financial operations and implement cross‑unit synergies.
- Liaise with corporate functions as the organization’s representative.
- Support all acquisitions, including financial modeling, due diligence oversight and financial integration coordination.
- Coordinate legal, regulatory and compliance functions as directed by the CEO, in concert with legal.
- Manage special projects as they arise.
- 15+ years of progressive management experience.
- At least 5 years in an executive‑level finance position.
- Public or private accounting experience in a technology business.
- CPA licence required.
- Experience in a U.S. multinational corporation.
- Experience in mergers, acquisitions and business integrations.
- Master’s degree required.
- PC skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Word; experience with SAP. Hyperion experience is a plus.
- Foreign language a plus.
- Domestic and international travel as needed.
