The Administrator in Training (AIT) program provides hands-on experience and prepares individuals for leadership roles within healthcare management. As an AIT, you will work closely with facility leadership to learn and assist in the day-to-day operations of a skilled nursing facility, including staff management, regulatory compliance, financial planning, and resident services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in either Utah, Montana, Nevada, or Colorado.

• Training & Development and Training skills to effectively educate and guide team members.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive relationships with staff, residents, and families.
• Administrative Assistance experience to help manage daily operations and organizational tasks.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
