Float Patient Care Technician – CCHT Dialysis Experienced (American Fork, Utah)

We are looking for a patient care technician with dialysis experience and certified as a CCHT. The role includes paid training and requires flexibility to float between clinics from Lehi to St. George.

• Dialysis experience and CCHT certification required.
• Paid training provided.
• Willingness to float between clinics from Lehi to St. George.

• Direct patient care: spend the majority of your day providing safe, comfortable and hygienic dialysis treatment to up to four patients at a time.
• Multi‑patient care responsibilities.
• Technician duties: monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
• Continuous improvement: opportunities to help improve processes for patients and teammates.
• Building long‑term relationships with patients who receive treatment on average three times a week and educating them on kidney dialysis.
• Work with a cross‑functional team of clinicians including technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership under RN supervision.

  shifts can begin as early as 4:00 AM and will vary based on patient needs; share during interview.

• Prior dialysis experience and CCHT certification for this float role.
• Involvement in floating to various clinics during and after training.
• Hours may vary during training period, typically 32–40 hours per week.
• Must have a flexible schedule, available Monday through Saturday mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
