RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the full cycle recruiting process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending job offers, and onboarding support.
- Create effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through online job boards, social media, professional networks, educational institutions, and employee referrals.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand and assist with their staffing needs.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for multiple departments, roles, and locations.
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies to overcome sourcing obstacles.
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time to fill, 30-day retention, and interview show rate.
- Maintain accurate and up to date candidate records and comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- One year of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using recruiting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
