We're looking for a recruiter who fits that same spark. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending job offers, and onboarding support.
  • Create effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through online job boards, social media, professional networks, educational institutions, and employee referrals.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand and assist with their staffing needs.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for multiple departments, roles, and locations.
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies to overcome sourcing obstacles.
  • Facilitate a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time to fill, 30-day retention, and interview show rate.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date candidate records and comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • One year of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
