Description The Chief Talent Officer coordinates human resource activities throughout the District, such as the recruitment process for education support professionals and licensed employees, compensation recommendations, employee training, leave requests, benefits and other employee services. Direct responsibilities will include contract, hiring, investigations, legal services, leadership development, mentoring programs, and Title IX. This individual will serve as a member of the cabinet and report directly to the superintendent.
Qualifications Credentials, education and experience
- Master's degree required
- Appropriate administrator license authorizing service as an administrator/supervisor required.
