About This Role

As a Staff UX Designer, you will focus exclusively on our critical initiatives in video monitoring, AI searching, and investigation management. You will have full autonomy and accountability to conduct research and design new tools aimed at maximizing user efficiency and accuracy. Every project in this space is essential to support our rapid growth and offers clear, measurable outcomes for both customer and business value.

While dedicated to your product team, you will be positioned within our broader UX Department, which is home to a strong support system of talented research and visual design experts. You will have frequent collaboration opportunities and be expected to work closely with the team to ensure collective success.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute research studies to clarify complex problems, better understand user behavior, and discover new opportunities for product innovation.
  • Document user journeys, service blueprints and process maps to clearly communicate current-state user workflows and identify future-state opportunities.
  • Lead collaborative sessions with Product Managers, Engineers and other Designers to rapidly conceptualize ideas into detailed storyboards and low-fidelity wireframes.
  • Bring concepts to life with high-fidelity, working prototypes, and conduct iterative usability testing to uncover pitfalls and validate design outcomes before development begins.
  • Apply advanced visual design principles (hierarchy, simplicity, balance) to establish clarity, improve user experience and ensure lasting impressions.
  • Actively contribute to and rigorously follow our existing design system standards to ensure consistency and predictability across all products and features.
  • Clearly articulate and defend the decisions behind your designs, tying the value of your work directly to measurable outcomes for customers, stakeholders and executives.
  • Continuously iterate on shipped features and processes to drive measurable improvements in user efficiency and product adoption.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional experience in UX/Product Design, preferably within a B2B Enterprise environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.
  • Compulsory online portfolio featuring detailed case studies that clearly demonstrate your design principles, methodologies and problem-solving approach.
  • Exemplary critical thinking and advanced creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Client Engagement:
Proven customer-facing experience collaborating directly with B2B clientele.
  • Expertise with modern design and data tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and Full Story.
  • Demonstrated effective time management and prioritization skills when managing parallel projects in a fast-paced environment.
