Position SummaryThis position requires you to be in office 5 days a week.
We are building a high-performance New Logo Sales Team responsible for converting inbound partner ecosystem demand (Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud, etc.) into net-new customers for Domo.
As an Account Executive, you will lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across multiple personas, C‑suite, operations, marketing, finance, data teams, and orchestrate internal and external resources to unlock customer value. You will operate as a trusted advisor, diagnosing business problems, shaping solution strategy, and driving a vision that aligns AI, analytics, and data experience capabilities to tangible outcomes.
This is not a transactional role. The most successful AEs are:
- Enterprise‑caliber sellers who can run multi‑product, multi‑persona motions
- Internal orchestrators who treat selling like project management
- Investigators who dig deep, uncover information, and break through “no”
- Leaders with competitive DNA and a track record of high achievement
- Resourceful hunters who create pipeline and momentum without waiting
- Technically curious sellers who understand data, analytics, integrations, and AI concepts

Key Responsibilities Pipeline Generation & Partner Ecosystem Motion- Own all inbound partner‑generated leads from Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud, and other ecosystem partners;
- Build consultative relationships with partner sellers to co‑create demand and drive co‑selling motions;
- Proactively build pipeline through outbound engagement, networking, and investigative prospecting.
- Run full‑cycle sales motions with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, and data teams;
- Navigate multi‑product conversations (selling across multiple needs, use cases, and personas);
- Design, present, and influence solution strategy leveraging Domo’s full AI + analytics platform.
- Coordinate pre‑sales, solution consultants, implementation, product, legal, and leadership to execute a unified deal strategy;
- Own the internal project plan for every deal—deadlines, alignment, next steps, communication, and internal selling;
- Drive accountability across the deal team to ensure forward momentum.
- Diagnose customer challenges, uncover root causes, and frame a vision for transformation;
- Ask investigative questions and persistently pursue information to advance the deal;
- Position Domo’s platform as the strategic solution to a wide range of operational, analytic, and data challenges.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene;
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets;
- Drive brand awareness through ecosystem engagement, events, and thought leadership.
- 5+ years in SaaS or technology sales with enterprise or mid‑enterprise experience;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
- Demonstrated success selling software or multi‑product solutions to multiple personas (C‑suite, finance, marketing, operations, IT, data leaders);
- Strong understanding of BI/analytics, data platforms, integrations, or AI/ML concepts (or proven technical aptitude);
- Experience running partner motions with Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud, AWS, or similar (preferred);
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in a hunting/new logo or complex selling role.
