We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at our corporate office in American Fork, UT. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing our website, email and SMS marketing campaigns, in-store digital media, and SEO strategy. You'll create and execute digital campaigns, improve performance through data-driven decisions, and help grow the Beaches brand by connecting with our audience in meaningful ways.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and maintain website content
, including creating and updating landing pages. Partner with IT to ensure strong site performance, functionality, and user experience. - Lead SEO strategy and optimization efforts
, including keyword research, on-page improvements, and performance tracking to increase search rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates. - Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns
, including audience segmentation, scheduling, testing, and performance analysis to drive engagement and revenue growth. - Design and produce digital assets for the website, email campaigns, promotions, and in-store screens while maintaining brand consistency and creating visuals that drive engagement and sales.
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of website platforms and HTML/CSS preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Free UV/Spa services and discounted spray tanning ($7 - $10).
