Responsibilities
- Manage users, roles, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and configurations
- Support order management, inventory, fulfillment, and financial processes
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement scalable fixes
- Support EDI transactions such as 850, 855, 856, and 810
- Manage onboarding, testing, and deployment of new partners
- Monitor transactions and resolve failures or discrepancies
- Build and support integrations using tools like Celigo or similar
- Monitor integrations and improve reliability and automation
- Support SQL based data pipelines and reporting
- Identify and implement system and workflow improvements
- Take ownership of assigned system initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, and new features
- 2 - 5+ years of ERP or Net Suite experience
- Experience with EDI transactions and integrations
- Working knowledge of integration tools (Celigo preferred)
- Basic SQL or data experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
