Best Buy’s Geek Squad is seeking a Senior Repair Technician (Agent) to lend tech expertise and lead the team in store-based support. You’ll train and coach agents in repairs and services to uphold Geek Squad’s high standards and serve as a role model for the team.
Internally this role is known as a CIA Agent. You’ll assign staff to customer service, device diagnostics and repairs, communicate goals clearly, and resolve escalated issues with customers.
