** ABOUT THIS ROLE
** The Partner Success Manager owns the post-onboarding relationship with our ecosystem partners. Their goal is to drive partner adoption, performance, retention, and revenue by enabling partners to effectively sell, implement, and support the company’s products or services.
** RESPONSIBILITIES
* *** Partner Onboarding & Enablement
*** Lead onboarding for new partners
* Train partners on products, tools, and processes
* Ensure partners understand value propositions and best practices
** Issue Resolution
*** Troubleshoot partner challenges and escalate when needed
* Ensure timely resolution of product, process, or support issues
* Monitor partner health metrics and address risks proactively
** Strategy & Collaboration
*** Develop joint success plans and go-to-market strategies
* Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams
* Advocate internally for partner needs and feedback
** Reporting & Insights
*** Track KPIs such as partner-generated revenue, engagement, retention and churn, product adoption or usage,  and satisfaction (NPS/CSAT)
* Provide insights and recommendations to leadership
