Patient Access Supervisor
, you’ll lead a high-impact team responsible for one of the most critical parts of the patient’s journey—registration and access. This is a key leadership role where you’ll influence operations, drive process improvements, and ensure an exceptional patient experience from the very first interaction.
This role blends team leadership, operational oversight, and strategy to improve both patient experience and revenue cycle performance.
Leadership & Team Management- Lead and develop a team of:
- Patient Access Supervisors
- Administrative Coordinators
- Patient Access Associates
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development support
- Foster a culture of accountability, service, and continuous improvement
- Oversee daily Patient Access operations across registration and admissions
- Ensure efficient patient flow, accurate data collection, and proper bed utilization
- Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities to improve performance
