Lion Energy is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead a new U.S.
-based battery manufacturing line in American Fork, UT. You will partner with engineering to set up the line, then own operations, scale output, hire and develop the team, and run day-to-day production with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and efficiency.
You will establish processes, drive lean manufacturing practices, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements to maximize throughput while minimizing waste.
