Zerorez® is a nationally recognized carpet and home cleaning company known for our patented cleaning technology. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences — and we’re looking for a creative, driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to help us share that story online.
As the Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will manage both paid Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns and organic social pages across multiple Zerorez corporate locations. You’ll be the voice of our brand on social media, helping to drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition through smart strategy, daily interaction, and campaign execution.
This role is ideal for someone who can balance data-driven ad management with community-focused content, and is excited to grow a household brand across diverse local markets.
Key Responsibilities Paid Social Media- Develop, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns for multiple Zerorez corporate locations.
- Create audience segments, set budgets, and test creatives to optimize performance.
- Track performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions) and provide ongoing reporting.
- Make strategic recommendations for scaling, budget shifts, or creative direction.
- Oversee Meta business suite profiles and assets such as social profiles, pixel data, and conversion tracking.
- Own and manage organic Facebook content calendars for multiple Zerorez locations.
- Post engaging, brand-aligned content — including images, promotions, UGC, customer testimonials, etc.
- Be proactive and responsive to local pages: reply to comments, answer questions, and flag service issues to the appropriate team.
- Search for and participate in local town/neighborhood facebook pages to promote Zerorez
- Work with the marketing team to align paid and organic efforts with broader campaigns.
- Coordinate with local operators to gather local intel, news, events, photos, and customer testimonials.
- Stay on top of social media trends, Meta platform updates, and competitor activity.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing with hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven ability to manage multiple paid ad campaigns simultaneously with improving results.
- Familiarity with Facebook Business Suite, content planning, and social scheduling tools.
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset for managing public-facing comments/messages.
- Experience working with multi-location or franchise businesses is a plus.
- Basic design or video editing skills are a bonus.
