Marketing Manager – Optimum Energy (Home Services)
Location: American Fork, Utah (In-Office)
Job Type: Full‑Time
Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 base + performance bonus
About the RoleOptimum operates multiple home‑service businesses, including residential solar, window & door replacement, and window tint.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will own marketing performance end‑to‑end. This role is responsible for both managing marketing efforts and executing marketing work directly. You will manage vendors and agencies, while also being hands‑on when execution is needed.

Key Responsibilities- Own marketing performance by brand (solar primary), measured by cost per appointment, CAC/CPS, and funnel conversion rates
- Establish baseline benchmarks and demonstrate measurable performance improvement over time
- Build, maintain, and optimize the marketing funnel
- Plan and allocate marketing budget by brand to support agreed lead volume and efficiency outcomes
- Manage agencies and vendors to ensure work supports defined KPIs
- Ensure marketing tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy
- QA marketing content and ads to ensure brand consistency before publishing
- Write and edit short‑form marketing copy and review visual creative
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Execute hands‑on in Go High Level (CRM & MAP), ad platforms, reporting tools, and the broader marketing tech stack
- Run weekly KPI reviews and provide monthly performance summaries
You will be evaluated on the following metrics, tracked by brand:
- Cost per appointment (with responsibility to establish and improve baselines)
- Show rate (scheduled appointments ÷ appointments held)
- Customer acquisition cost (CAC / CPS)
- Lead volume vs. agreed‑upon targets
- Lead quality (lead → appointment → show → sale conversion)
- Funnel conversion rate (lead submission → scheduled appointment)
- Channel‑level performance reporting using cost, volume, and quality metrics
- Go High Level (CRM, funnels, reporting)
- Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Google Sheets for reporting
- Call tracking and attribution tools
You will inherit existing systems and be expected to help improve them.
Qualifications Required Experience- 3–7 years of marketing experience
- Experience managing and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Comfortable managing vendors while also doing hands‑on work
- Experience working closely with sales teams
- Home services or local lead generation (solar, roofing, HVAC, windows, etc.)
- Managing monthly ad budgets of $30K+
