• Delivering exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting every customer.
• Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Working as part of a team to maintain a fun, energetic, and welcoming shopping environment.
• Learning current fashion trends and our buying standards.
• Operating the point-of-sale system and assisting with transactions.
• Helping maintain store appearance and organization throughout each shift.

Every month, our franchise stores buy and resell thousands of clothing items that have been gently used at a fraction of the prices originally charged.
