Target - 608 Main Street - Responsibilities:
Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.;
Sort freight and push merchandise to the sales floor, locating merchandise in the backroom as needed.;
Maintain floor availability and merchandising to capacity to create a guest ready environment.;
Execute and maintain backroom organization for replenishment and guest requests.;
Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services is moved back to the sales floor.
